It is my honor to continue to live out the charism of the Dominican Sisters of San Rafael, who began St. Michael School 110 years ago. 

The tiles in our entry hallway represent some of our legacy families who are still actively present in our school community. The Concannons, a founding family, are represented today by our TK and 5th grade teachers, Mrs. Lessard and Mrs. Merry, who are mother and daughter. 

Many alumni choose to return to St. Michael School to bring their own children to our school, and some of them like the Gandolfo family go back multiple generations. 

Each of those generations are steeped in the Dominican Sisters charism pillars, which are the foundation of our school: Community, Service, Study and Prayer.
